Chairman's Letter
It hardly seems that a year has gone by since our last Newsletter appeared. Plans for this years' Show in October, at the same venue as last year, are already well advanced; two halls as before, plenty of space for cats and exhibitors, and some 'special happenings' planned, all we need is YOUR support to make another successful Show. For a small Club, our members were very successful at The Supreme. From kittens up to the highest award, 'our cats' were there. I myself judged the cream point Birman kitten, Namrib Sandy, who went on to be Best of Variety Semi Longhair Kitten. We have three new Committee members, Peter Chaffe, Diane Dodds and Sue Amor who are all involved in being trained for future Show duties. Sadly my husband John, who has always been a big supporter of all our work in the background, for many years, has passed away suddenly, but working for our Club will keep me busy. All our Committee are hard working, and Martin Smith keeps our financial accounts in order, so a big Thank You to them all, and to you, our members for your continued support. Very best wishes for you and your cats for success and happiness in 2007.
